• The preferred candidate would have experience in installing and working on package units, condensers, air handlers, and ductwork.
• The main role of the position is installing replacement HVAC systems and ductwork
• Plenty of room for advancement in the company.
• Must have all the tools required to complete work daily. 
• Work is full-time Monday through Friday (occasional weekend work for installs)
• Must be a hard worker who can show up on time, and learn company policies and protocol quickly.
• Feel free to let us know any other skills you may have along with your HVAC experience.
• Pay depends on experience our price rate is one of the highest in the area, including spiffs, bonuses, etc
• Must be able to work in hot attics and confined spaces.

Responsibilities:

• Installing air conditioning systems and associated equipment.
• Identifying maintenance risks on equipment.
• Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
• Understanding technical direction and on-the-job training.
• Keeping truck, tools, etc clean and organized
• Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
• Complying with service standards, work instructions, and customers' requirements.
• Assisting with customers' questions, concerns, and satisfaction.
