Immediate opening for an Admin / Executive Assistant in Grants Pass, Oregon who possesses:
Degree preferred, not required
2+ years administrative experience or similar
Experience with Microsoft outlook, word, etc.
A proactive, get-it-done attitude — no task is too big or too small
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Discretion, reliability, and the ability to be trusted with confidential tasks
Excellent communication skills and comfort interacting with clients and vendors
A flexible mindset and willingness to juggle both professional and personal errands
The ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and adapt quickly
Key Responsibilities include:
Coordinating logistics and prepping materials for sales and marketing events
Sending gifts, cards, and follow-ups to clients to maintain strong relationships
Picking up mail and packages from a personal PO box and ensuring timely delivery
Running errands, handling appointment scheduling, and supporting day-to-day operations
Acting as an on-the-ground liaison and keeping leadership informed on key updates
Helping organize tasks and keeping things moving forward with minimal oversight
