  • Oversee livestreaming platform (Hudl) and educate coaches on proper usage.
  • Provide mentoring to our student-athletes.
  • Communicate proactively with families and remain accessible to them.

  • Work closely with external facilities to reserve spaces for practices and competitions.
  • Continuously improve and ensure adherence to Trevor policies and procedures.
  • Build strong relationships with other schools, NYCAL, and NYSAIS, ensuring compliance with league regulations.
  • Work with the Facilities & Operations Department to maintain playing spaces.
  • Assist with planning and executing Homecoming, Lower School Clinics, and other special events that bring the community together through athletics.
  • Assist with internal and external communications regarding athletics, in partnership with the Marketing and Communications Department.
  • Complete all other administrative duties, as requested by the Director of Athletics.
  • Opportunities to coach at various levels and engage with the Trevor academic community outside of athletics.

Qualifications:

  • Positive, enthusiastic, collaborative approach.
  • Growth mindset and passion for learning.
  • Flexibility, patience, and a good sense of humor.

The full-time salary range for this position is $70,000–$110,000. When extending an offer for employment, Trevor Day School bases the salary upon several factors that include (but are not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s work experience, education, training, key skills, and peer salary equity.
