We have an immediate, entry level full time opening for a CNC SWISS Operator Trainee on our first shift to work with Star Swiss Machines. We are looking for someone with a technical aptitude, positive attitude, and driven and motivated to learn. This position offers a quality driven role that will inspire and reward a conscientious person like you!

Main Responsibilities:

To work with your Setup Technician Team Lead to develop skills required to ensure all assigned machines are running and producing quality parts to customer blueprint, while performing day to day tasks in regards to housekeeping, maintenance, and duties required to keep machines in production.

 Job Requirements:

• Technical school graduate preferred, but not required.
• Some blueprint reading, basic shop math, and basic inspection experience preferred.
• Experience with inspection equipment preferred.
• High mechanical skills, people skills, willingness to learn, adapt, and change with technology.

Personal Skills/Attributes Required:

The ideal candidate is reliable, consistent, able to multi-task, team player and positive contributor to company culture. Must have strong organizational and problem solving abilities as well as possess high integrity and ethical standards.
