Originally founded to address the substandard working conditions and wage theft experienced by mostly immigrant Pilipinx homecare workers in Southern California, PWCSC builds power to advance fundamental shifts in the care economy that benefit the immigrant domestic and care workforce as an affiliate of the National Domestic Workers Alliance and the California Domestic Worker Coalition.
