**Job Description** Among the critical tools developed and supported by the Technology Consulting Development team is an exciting new project that combines Cerner Millennium automation with Oracle APEX technology. The Data Online Collaboration Tool has been identified by top leadership as critical to the accelerated VA rollout. This position will help deliver the DOC Tool for the VA. US based preferred. US Citizen and Federal Clearance are desirable but not required. **Responsibilities** Responsibilities: + Technical skills + Develop APEX applications + SQL, stored procedures + DBA: Database design (modeling diagrams, virtual private databases, indexes, etc) + Performance tuning + User Interface design + Full stack development + Soft skills + Working beside stakeholders (end users) to define and/or clarify functional requirements + Troubleshooting and debugging skills Qualifications: + BS/MS in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, or previous work experience + APEX or Web development background + JavaScript + PL/SQL stored procedures + Database design (relational) + Exceptional analytic and problem-solving skills + Strong written and verbal English communication skills + Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies + Hands-on experience using source control tools such as Git, Apache Subversion + Knowledge in developing, implementing, and optimizing software algorithms + Preferred: Millennium applications experience Disclaimer: **Certain US customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates.** **Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only** US: Hiring Range in USD from $25.48 to $60.63 per hour; from: $53,000 to $126,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
