What You’ll Do

As an Administrative Assistant, you’ll play a critical role in keeping our operations smooth and efficient. Key responsibilities include:

• Lead Management: Call and schedule leads to maintain a steady pipeline of construction projects.
• Customer Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and provide top-notch service.
• Administrative Support: Organize workflows and ensure the office is running seamlessly.
• Data Entry: Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks and our CRM system.
• Calendar Coordination: Manage appointments, meetings, and deadlines using Google Calendar.
• Supply Procurement: Order materials and supplies for projects.
• Payroll Processing: Handle payroll tasks accurately.
• Special Projects: Assist management with various initiatives.
