ERP Project Manager – MFG & SCM

Description:

Role Summary:
We’re looking for a senior U.S.-based consultant who combines deep knowledge of ERP Supply Chain and Manufacturing with project coordination experience. Candidates with experience in Infor, Microsoft Dynamics, Epicor, NetSuite, Oracle ERP, or SAP are strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead discovery sessions focused on manufacturing (work orders, routings, BOM, production scheduling) and supply chain (inventory, procurement, logistics).
- Document current-state and ideal future-state processes to guide ERP vendor evaluation.
- Drive the preparation and scoring of vendor demos and reference calls.
- Manage the ERP selection timeline, status tracking, and coordination across stakeholders.
- Work with the client to ensure requirements are realistic and aligned with best practices in the industry.

Requirements:

Must-Have Experience:
- Prior experience performing Software Selection analysis choosing a ERP solution for a client.
- 10+ years in ERP Manufacturing and Supply Chain roles, with strong hands-on experience in Infor, Microsoft Dynamics, Epicor, NetSuite, Oracle ERP, or SAP .
- Experience with discrete manufacturing, preferably in fitness or specialty equipment industries.
- Familiarity with order-to-manufacture and supply planning processes.
- Excellent facilitation, documentation, and project coordination skills.
