We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Events Assistant to support our event planning and execution. This role involves coordinating logistics, liaising with vendors, and ensuring smooth event operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, and executing events from start to finish.
• Coordinate with vendors, venues, and clients to ensure all event requirements are met.
• Manage event logistics, including scheduling, setup, and breakdown.
• Maintain accurate records of event details, budgets, and contracts.
• Oversee on-site event operations and provide support to ensure seamless execution.
• Assist in preparing event materials, presentations, and promotional items.
• Communicate with internal teams to ensure alignment on event goals and expectations.
• Troubleshoot issues that arise before and during events, providing immediate solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• 1-3 years of experience in event coordination or a related role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
