LaSalle Network is partnering with a powerhouse real estate brokerage in New York City that’s seeking a sharp, detail-obsessed Data & Capital Markets Analyst.

This role is back in the office in Midtown 5x a week, budgeted up to a base of $100,000 with additional bonus potential. 

This is a high-impact, high-visibility position supporting complex transactions in one of the fastest-growing asset classes: data centers. Bring your analytical edge and a proven track record (2+ years) and be part of a team that moves quickly and thinks big.

Data & Capital Markets Analyst Responsibilities:

• Analyze data center acquisition, disposition, and leasing deals
• Build and maintain financial models using Excel and ARGUS
• Assist with capital markets research and investment strategy
• Track, update, and manage deal flow and investor communications in Salesforce
• Support presentations, pitch decks, and reporting packages for internal and external stakeholders

Data & Capital Markets Analyst Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in real estate, capital markets, or investment analysis
• Proficiency in ARGUS, Salesforce, and advanced Excel functions
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Based in NYC or willing to commute regularly
