Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Food Line Service Team Member to help serve up delicious food efficiently and accurately. This role is responsible for assembling portioning sides, communicating with guests, and ensuring every dish meets our quality standards before it reaches the guest. If you thrive in a fast-paced setting and take pride in great food presentation, we want you on our team!

Responsibilities:

• Assemble and plate food quickly and accurately according to restaurant standards.
• Communicate with guests clearly and effectively.
• Ensure portion sizes and presentation are consistent.
• Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service line.
• Restock ingredients, sauces, and side items as needed.
• Assist in food prep or expo duties when necessary.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Previous food service or line experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to food quality.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Customer service is a plus but not required.
