About the Role:
We’re looking for a hands-on, no-nonsense General Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our fencing company. This role is for someone who knows how to roll up their sleeves, run a team, manage projects, and keep customers happy—without dropping the ball on the business side.

You’ll own everything from crew scheduling and project timelines to estimating, procurement, and customer satisfaction. If you're someone who takes pride in doing things right the first time, communicates clearly, and knows how to lead with both accountability and respect—let’s talk.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Overseeing all field and office operations
- Hiring, training, and managing installation crews
- Ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, and to spec
- Quoting jobs and managing estimates with accuracy and margin in mind
- Managing vendor relationships, ordering materials, and tracking inventory
- Maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and customer service
- Tracking KPIs and identifying areas for operational improvement
- Representing the company with professionalism and integrity—always 

What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience running crews and managing construction or trade work
- Strong leadership and communication skills—firm but fair
- Solid understanding of project management, budgeting, and scheduling
- Comfortable with technology (basic job costing, scheduling tools, etc.)
- Ability to prioritize, pivot, and keep calm under pressure
- A sense of ownership—someone who treats the business like it’s theirs 

Bonus if You Have:
- Experience in fencing, landscaping, or general contracting
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- CDL or equipment experience
