We are currently looking for a home care provider in Southern NH.

Residential Resources is looking for Home Care Providers who live in the Southern NH Area (Greater Manchester/Nashua/Concord).

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Home Care Providers to support individuals in their home. This is a contracted position, ideal for someone who is passionate about providing high-quality care and assistance with daily living activities.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Support with money management, including budgeting
• Provide assistance with employment-related tasks
• Administer medications as prescribed
• Accompany and assist with medical appointments
• Provide assistance with meal planning and preparation
• Complete weekly/monthly Medicaid required paperwork in a timely manner

Requirements:

• Previous experience in home care or a related field
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Reliable and trustworthy
• Providers must be at least 18 years old
• Must have at least 3 years experience as a licensed driver with an acceptable driving history
• An acceptable criminal history and other background checks are required
