Hotel Maintenance Technician

Holiday Inn Express is currently seeking part- and full-time Hotel Maintenance Technician in Madison, Ohio.

The right candidate will have:

• Previous maintenance experience required
• Previous hotel experience is a plus
• Knowledge of general HVAC 
• Knowledge of pool care
• Experience operating a variety of equipment, including snow blowers, and small hand tools

Our Hotel Maintenance Technicians will:

• Perform minor building, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, grounds and painting repairs as necessary
• Implement preventative maintenance measures
• Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies
• Complete inspections of offices, guest rooms, and all other areas of the hotel
