Due to pending retirement, leading HVAC Mechanical and Building Automation provider has an immediate need for a HVAC Mechanical Estimator to assist with new projects, retrofits, and system upgrades. Position follows:

Ideally, we are looking for someone that has 3+ years of experience estimating new and retrofitted HVAC Mechanical Systems for Fortune 500 Companies, Schools, Hospitals, and Large Industrial Accounts. Job duties will include:

*Work closely with sales team, architects, and engineers to estimate systems.
*Perform occasional site visits to clients to better understand their needs
*Equipment selection
*Equipment budgeting /cost control
*Occasional attendance of construction meetings
*Assist sales team with quotes and proposals
