SUMMARY
Over the past seven years, our Leadership Development team has built a strong, integrated system of tools, programs, and learning experiences aligned with Mortenson’s culture and business strategy. This development infrastructure is designed to accelerate leadership growth and meet the evolving needs of our customers and internal teams.
We are now looking for a Senior Specialist, Leadership & Organizational Development to bring this system to life. In this next phase of our journey, you’ll design and deliver impactful leadership programs, consult with business partners, and play a key role in evolving how we grow talent at Mortenson. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape the future of leadership development and strengthen our enterprise-wide talent ecosystem.

The base pay range for this role is $87,800 - $131,700. (Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL – 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR – 10%, Washington, D.C. – 12.5%).
Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity.
