Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate operations of multiple field survey crews
• Provide comprehensive quality control and assurance on all surveying projects
• Prepare, monitor, and manage project budgets and client billing
• Lead client relationship management and business development initiatives
• Mentor and develop team members through continuous performance management
• Represent the company in client meetings and professional conferences

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 12+ years of professional surveying experience
• Active Professional Registered Land Surveyor license in Virginia
• Comprehensive knowledge of Federal, State, and local surveying regulations
• Proficiency in survey plan preparation using Bentley MicroStation/OpenRoads and/or AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments
