We're currently looking for a Manager of Mortgage Loan Quality Assurance to join our Homeownership Division. In this full-time role, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing mortgage pipeline activities and ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency across our homeownership programs.
What You'll Do:
Lead and Manage Quality Control: Oversee mortgage loan quality control, purchasing, delivery, and pooling processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
Establish Procedures: Create and implement procedures for the timely and compliant processing of loan documents required for various homeownership programs.
Prepare Reports: Generate a variety of reports to track pipeline activity, including reservation, rate, and purchasing information, to support key business decisions.
Ensure Compliance: Manage the compliance system and quality control processes, ensuring all state and federal laws, regulations, contracts, and industry requirements are met.
Develop and Lead a Team: Provide leadership and mentorship to your team, managing performance, completing reviews, and supporting their professional growth.
What You'll Need:
Leadership Experience: Proven experience in supervising or managing a team, with strong skills in project planning, task delegation, coaching, and team-building.
Knowledge of Compliance: Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations such as Fair Lending, TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosure (TRID), anti-money laundering, customer complaints, and data protection.
Technical Experience: Experience with mortgage loan systems, with preference for familiarity with Encompass.
Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree is preferred, or 8-9 years of relevant work experience.
Work Schedule: For training purposes, the first six months will be in the office, with flexible remote work options available thereafter.
