Zullee is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team at the company's Headquarters in the Village. As a Marketing Specialist at Zullee, you’ll support and execute campaigns that bring our brand to life across digital and in-store channels. You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with our Social Media Specialist to contribute your ideas, and learn in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform market and client research
  • Create reports on marketing performance
  • Attend trade shows, company events and webinars
  • Assist with development and execution of marketing campaigns
  • Manage timelines and deadlines for marketing projects
  • Work with external vendors (e.g., printers, designers, ad agencies) to produce materials
  • Order and track delivery of promotional products, print assets, or signage
  • Track performance metrics for campaigns (engagement, conversions, ROI)
  • Generate reports and presentations for internal use
  • Recommend improvements based on data insights
  • Assist in creating and sending email newsletters or promotional emails
  • Track open rates, click-through rates, and conversions
  • Support marketing initiatives to promote catering services to corporate clients, schools, and event organizers
  • Assist with outreach to local businesses, offices, and community groups to generate catering leads
  • Work closely with the Social Media Specialist on various projects and campaigns

 

Qualifications/Skills

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree
  • 0-2 years’ experience in the marketing or equivalent education
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in marketing, business or a related field is a plus
  • Experience supporting marketing campaigns from concept through execution
  • Solid understanding of marketing principles
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Sheets)
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and external stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, campaign management, and brand consistency
  • Ability to analyze campaign data and create actionable reports
  • Knowledge of local market trends and competitive landscape in the food service industry

 

Job Type:  Full time available

Pay:  $20-$25 per hour
