Job Description

As an Organizational Change Manager, you'll lead end-to-end change strategies that drive adoption and minimize resistance to transformation initiatives. You will work closely with HR, project teams, and key business stakeholders to build engagement and readiness for change across all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Change Strategy: Develop and implement tailored change management strategies and frameworks aligned with organizational goals.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and build strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive support and alignment throughout the change journey.
  • Communication Planning: Collaborate with Communications teams to create clear, consistent, and engaging communication plans that promote transparency and clarity.
  • Change Readiness & Risk Mitigation: Assess organizational readiness and proactively address resistance with targeted interventions.
  • Monitor & Evaluate Impact: Define success metrics, track progress, and recommend improvements to maximize the effectiveness of change initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with HR, leadership, and project management teams to ensure seamless integration of change plans.
  • Reporting: Deliver regular updates and insights to senior leadership on change adoption, risks, and overall progress.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Proven success in managing organizational change and driving employee adoption.
  • Strong knowledge of change management methodologies, frameworks, and tools (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter).
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence at all organizational levels.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
