Part Time Receptionist Location Canton, TX :

Canton Ford is currently seeking a Part Time Afternoon/Saturday Receptionist to join our team in Canton, Texas. As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for customers and will play a vital role to provide a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

Answer and route incoming phone calls from a multi-line telephone
Greet customers and direct them to the proper department in a timely manner
Work cooperatively with the sales and other internal teams
Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
Represent the Dealership in a friendly, professional manner
Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents along with filing
Scanning
Monitor keys and license plates
Daily bank, mail, tag office errands
Other responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

Excellent listening/communication skills, outgoing and positive personality
Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility and dynamic work environment
Computer skills and 6 months related experience
Professional appearance and eager to improve on all aspects
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
High school diploma/GED

Weekly Afternoon and Saturday Shift
