Maintenance Manager

We are seeking a Maintenance Manager to join our team! In this hands on role you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our facility's physical infrastructure and ensuring the smooth functioning of essential services including HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and other essential components. You will play a critical role in maintaining a safe, comfortable, and efficient environment for both residents and staff. This position requires a strong commitment to quality, safety, and service excellence.

QualificationsThe Plant Operations Manager positions requires:
Education : High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management, preferably in a healthcare or residential treatment setting. Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively. Strong understanding of building systems, regulations, and safety protocols. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
