Duration: 6-month contract

What You Will Do
Drive the research and development of performance-based products from conception to retail, ensuring alignment with account and consumer needs.
Generate innovative ideas and concepts for new performance apparel products that offer growth opportunities and competitive advantages.
Lead innovation projects by collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams, including product creation, manufacturing, and third-party vendors, to turn ideas into reality.
Communicate findings, best practices, and new product concepts clearly and concisely to aid the transition of technology to production.
Develop reports and presentations to share results and market concepts with relevant teams.
What You Will Work On
Designing women’s performance training apparel, focusing on sketching, materials, fitting, and creative direction.
Creating prototypes and proof-of-concept products using advanced materials, construction processes, and technologies.
Developing concrete insights through research and engineering to guide the creation of advanced product concepts.
Utilizing CLO, AI rendering programs like Viscom Ai, Midjourney, or similar tools to enhance design processes (preferred but not required).
What You Will Bring
8+ years of experience in performance or athletic apparel design.
Strong technical skills with 2D sketches.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, quickly adapt to active projects, and produce innovative, feasible solutions.
Experience working cross-functionally and effectively communicating ideas and results.
