Job Description

Salary: 120,000 - 150,000 USD per year Requirements:

• An active TS/SCI clearance is mandatory due to contract requirements.
• A Bachelor's degree in a Cybersecurity Discipline or a related field is required, although 4 years of relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of the degree.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in working with Risk Management Framework (RMF) / Cybersecurity Compliance is necessary.
• Candidates must meet the 8140 baseline certification requirements (CISSP, CCNA, CySA, GISCP, SecCE, CND, SSCP, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities:

• I conduct comprehensive assessments of management, operational, and technical security controls within or inherited by an SAP information system to gauge their overall effectiveness.
• I monitor and evaluate system compliance with IT security, resilience, and dependability requirements.
• I perform security reviews and identify gaps in security architecture, recommending strategies to mitigate risks.
• I assess cloud-based security authorizations (FedRamp, AWS & Azure) and verify compliance with NIST control responsibilities.
• I ensure application software, network, and system security postures are implemented correctly, documenting any deviations and recommending corrective actions.
• I draft Security Assessment Reports (SAR) based on assessment findings and provide expert security advice to manage identified risks.
• I evaluate network security configurations and recommend corrective actions to address deficiencies.
