Job Description:
You will: -
Build and execute sourcing strategies to identify and attract top Engineering and Product talent across all levels.
Partner with hiring managers and teams to deeply understand technical roles, requirements, and team dynamics.
Collaborate on developing and implementing best practices for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top technical talent.
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to offer acceptance for Engineering and Product roles.
Develop a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and other innovative sourcing strategies.
Support the growth and development of the client's technical teams by bringing in high-caliber talent who align with our cultural values and business needs.
Provide exceptional candidate experience through timely communication, interview coordination, and feedback.
Utilize data and analytics to drive recruitment decisions and process improvements
About you:
8+ years of experience in technical recruiting with a strong focus on Engineering and Product roles.
Proven success in recruiting for skillsets including software engineering, backend engineering, site reliability engineering, data science, data engineering, product management, design, and more within fast-paced environments.
Previous experience supporting technical recruiting at an ad tech company is a plus
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
Data-driven mindset and ability to leverage analytics to improve recruitment processes.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools.
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong understanding of the ad tech industry and related technologies.
