Overview:

Hippocratic AI is seeking a skilled Technical Recruiter with a specialized focus on Software Engineering, Machine Learning (ML), and Large Language Models to join our team on a contract basis. This role will primarily focus on sourcing and attracting top talent for Software Engineers as well as cutting-edge ML and NLP projects, including the development and deployment of Large Language Models. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in building a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to support our technical teams. This role will start out as a 3 month contract.

Responsibilities:

  1. Sourcing Strategy: Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage with top ML, NLP, and Large Language Models talent.

  2. Candidate Identification: Proactively source and identify potential candidates with expertise in ML, NLP, and Large Language Models through various channels, including online platforms, academic networks, conferences, and industry events.

  3. Engagement and Outreach: Utilize effective outreach methods to engage with potential candidates and generate interest in our opportunities.

  4. Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screenings and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and fit for technical roles.

  5. Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for ML, NLP, and Large Language Models positions, ensuring a steady flow of candidates for current and future hiring needs.

  6. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in ML, NLP, and Large Language Models recruitment to continuously improve sourcing strategies.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

  2. Proven experience as a technical recruiter, with a focus on sourcing ares such as Software Engineering, ML, NLP, and Large Language Models roles.

  3. Deep understanding of Software Engineering, ML, NLP, and Large Language Models concepts, technologies, and applications.

  4. Proficiency in sourcing tools and techniques, including online platforms, Boolean search, and social media.

  5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with technical candidates.

  6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously.
