This role involves working with multiple engineering teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in software development environments and a strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). We can facilitate w2 and corp-to-corp consultants. Rate: $42 - $52 / hr. w2 **Responsibilities:** + Collaborate with multiple engineering teams, each consisting of approximately 25 members, to plan and execute projects. + Develop comprehensive project plans from scratch, utilizing tools like Smartsheet or similar. + Set and manage project milestones, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes. + Identify, assess, and manage project risks to minimize impact on project timelines and deliverables. + Utilize strong communication and negotiation skills to facilitate collaboration and resolve conflicts. + Work within a hybrid project management framework, combining Waterfall and Agile methodologies, with Scrum teams primarily using Jira. + Use Microsoft Excel for data analysis and project tracking. **Experience Requirements:** + 5-8 years of project management experience, preferably in a software development company. + Proven ability to quickly ramp up and manage projects with minimal supervision. + Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). + Experience working within a Project Management Office (PMO) or similar organizational structure. + Excellent communication and negotiation skills. + Familiarity with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, and Microsoft Excel. + Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment. _Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate.
