Experian Health is looking for a Technical Writer to join our dynamic Product team .You will report to Experian Health and play a critical part in shaping how we communicate complex, data-driven healthcare solutions to internal and external audiences. You'll collaborate across teams to create clear, accessible, and engaging documentation that empowers users and supports product success.
You'll have opportunity to:
+ Create documentation that supports product migrations, updates, and launches-ensuring clarity, consistency, and compliance with Experian's brand and accessibility standards
+ Translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly content, including user guides, FAQs, release notes, and internal process documentation
+ Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and subject matter experts to gather information and agree on messaging
+ Maintain and evolve documentation standards, templates, and style guides to ensure consistency across all content
+ Support incident response by producing, accurate change communications and help content
+ 4+ years' experience in technical writing, in software, healthcare, or data-focused environments
+ Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, Computer Science, English, or related field.
+ 4+ years' experience creating documentation for diverse audiences, including both technical partners and non-technical partners
+ 4+ years' experience with content management systems, version control tools, and documentation platforms (e.g., Confluence, Git, MadCap Flare, SharePoint)
+ Familiarity with accessibility, inclusivity, and legal compliance in documentation
+ Background in software development, engineering, or product management
+ Knowledge of XML-based documentation tools and structured authoring

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and education. You will be also eligible for a variable pay opportunity.
