Control Room Support Operator 

CR Support Operator 
Continental Day Shift: 6:00am - 6:30pm
Continental Night Shift: 6:00pm - 6:30am
Plant Location: South Fort Worth
The Role:

In this role, you will support our Control Room Operations for green bean receiving, roasting, grinding, quality assurance, sanitation and general housekeeping, and preventive maintenance.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Perform quality assurance checks and documentation, including moisture, color, density, grind analysis, and equipment calibration.
  • Complete and document HACCP checks to ensure food safety compliance.
  • Support the Control Room Operator in scheduling and managing the flow of green bean receiving, roasting, and grinding.
  • Step in to support green bean operations when needed.
  • Help with housekeeping, master sanitation, and preventative maintenance tasks.
  • Assist in thermal cleaning of the roaster, pelletizer cleaning, and dust collection system maintenance.
What You Bring to the Role:
  • Experience participating in and coordinating equipment changeovers.
  • Clear and effective communication skills across teams and departments.
  • Ability to document key production data like film usage, rejected materials, rework, and final case counts.
  • Skills to make minor equipment adjustments and repairs as needed.
  • A team mindset and a strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
